Push the hose sleeve (PH-N) into the cut of the hose and turn it counterclockwise. At this time, work can be done smoothly by applying a small amount of oil to the surface of the hose.
Polyamide hose assembly procedure for high pressure
1. Cut high pressure hose to working dimensions using a Pipe cutter
That the cut end of the hose is right angle
2. Mark the position of 16 mm ± 1 mm (24 mm ± 1 mm in the case of PH-60B) with white magic etc. from the tip of high pressure hose
3. Apply a thin layer of grease to the entire circumference of the high pressure hose tip
Oil can be used instead of grease
4. Push the hose sleeve into the cut end of the hose and screw it in the counterclockwise direction to the mark (16 mm ± 1 mm from the hose tip) attached to the hose while turning the hose sleeve side counterclockwise. (24 mm ± 1 mm for PH-60B)
5. Apply a thin layer of grease to the entire circumference of the thread of the hose stud
Oil can be used instead of grease
6. Fix the hose sleeve and screw the hose stud clockwise until it hits the hex
Tightening torque (indication): 80 to 90 kgf cm
