Discharge volume per shot | 0 | 0.005 | 0.01 | 0.02 | 0.03 | 0.04 | 0.05 | 0.06 | 0.07 |
Caution: The scale setting below 1 rotation makes the Discharge volume unstable. Please use with setting of 1 rotation or more if possible.
Unit: cc / shot
Adjust using a flathead screwdriver according to Table 2. The value of "scale and number of discharges" is a reference value, and the variation of each pulse oscillator is about ± 30%. Make fine adjustments to the table values as a guide only.
Unit: times / minute

△ Attention
1. The discharge speed of the pulse oscillator changes with pressurized air pressure as described above. Be sure to set the pressure of pressurized air with the pressure reducing valve.
2. Do not use in the division between position 2 and 1 on the pulse oscillator scale.
At the initial operation of Pump, air removal work is required. Air removal is performed by operating the Pump with the Discharge volume set to maximum (14 knobs) or operating the manual button.
